The professional development and clinical supervision workshops provide training sessions using the Achieving Styles Inventory (ASI) and the Social Work-Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation (SW-OSCE) as the curriculum structure. Participants receive individual assessment of their personal, interviewing, leadership and management styles. Following the individual assessments, participants receive specific culturally congruent clinical training in the integrative body-mind-spirit (I-BMS) intervention model, or organizational management training in the Open Space model.
